Fees
We have three options for you to consider:
Option One
We charge a percentage of the
sale/purchase price, only payable on
successful completion of the deal. This
ranges from 4% to 8% depending on the
business size, project complexity etc.
Option Two
We charge an agreed monthly fee over a
fixed period of time to cover the
sale/purchase fee.
Option Three
We agree a deal structure that meets both
our needs.
All fees exclude VAT and expenses. Full
Terms and Conditions will be made
available prior to project commencement.
